The bill (Reg. No.6329) simplifies the reporting and check procedure regarding the allowance and payment of insurance premium for the compulsory state social insurance by the insurance companies by concentrating the principal functions in the agencies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
N. Korolevska, Chairperson of the Committee, emphasised that the allowance and payment of insurance premium for the compulsory state social insurance in case of labour accidents and occupational illnesses, unemployment and temporary loss of labour capacity shall be reported by the insurance companies to the Pension Fund agencies for the latter to make inspection of the timeliness and completeness of allowance and payment of insurance premium for the compulsory state social insurance and refer the results of the inspection to other insurance funds for taking necessary measures.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine shall ratify the order of the information exchange between the insurance funds on the allowance and payment of insurance premium for the compulsory state social insurance.
